2013 - Maciek records first album "Insight" in February 2013 at Artesuono studio in Italy with Yuri Goloubev on double bass and Asaf Sirkis on drums, recording session is engineered and mixed by Stefano Amerio. The album is released on 33Jazz Records in May 2013. This year Maciek also appeared at the Ealing Jazz Festival with his trio as well Ceuta Jazz Festival alongside guitarist Gianluca Corona. In August he plays for the first time at the La Note Bleue Jazz Club in Monaco and starts touring in the South of France. He makes his first appearence at the London Jazz Festival with his trio.
2014 - First 15 date tour of the UK with his trio featuring Yuri Goloubev on double bass and Asaf Sirkis, supported by Jazz Services, takes place in the Spring 2014. The tour included a concert featuring the renowned saxophonist Tim Garland at Pizza Express Jazz Club in London. In April 2014 he records his guitar duo albom "London Stories" with Gianluca Corona at Eastcote Studios in London. Maciek moves to Milan, Italy in June. and starts sharing his time between the continent and the UK. During the summer this year he performs for the first time with violinist Francois Arnaud in the South of France. In December recording of his 2nd album "A Journey" takes place again at the Artesuono studio in Italy. This time the band is a quartet featuring Daniele di Bonaventura on piano and bandoneon, Yuri Goloubev on double bass and Asaf Sirkis on drums. The session is engineered and mixed by Stefano Amerio.
2015 - Maciek signs to American label Dot Time Records, his 2nd album "A Journey" is released in the Autumn of 2015. He tours with his trio featuring Yuri Goloubev and Asaf Sirkis on a 20 date UK tour supported by Arts Council England. The tour includes an album launch concert during the London Jazz Festival. Maciek moves to Paris, France in May 2015 and continues to live between the European capital and London. He performs with his new French quartet at the Sunset/Sunside jazz club as well as with his trio in Bari, Italy.
2016 - He is invited by two French musicians, drummer Davy Sur and saxophone player David Amar to form the band Inwardness in the South of France, based purely on improvisation and spontaneous composition. First concerts of that group follow. Maciek relocates back to London, England in the summer of 2016. He forms a duo project with British pianist Ivo Neame and they tour in the Autumn. In the Autumn the same year Maciek tours with his quartet and received his 2nd Arts Council England grant. This year Maciek also starts playing with the Julian Costello Quartet. He also forms a new duo project with Daniele di Bonaventura and they perform for the first time together as duo at the Palm Jazz Festival in Gliwice, Poland. In December 2016 he records his first fully improvised album with the band Inwardness at the Artesuono Studio in Italy.
2017 - In the Spring Maciek tours with his new project, the Drumless Quartet and receives his third Arts Council Grant for touring in the UK. The guitar duo album "London Stories" is released in May 2017 on 33Jazz Records. In June 2017 the duo project perform several concerts around the UK. In May 2017 he records two albums back to back at the Artesuono studio in Italy, one as duo with Daniele di Bonaventura, and his first solo guitar album. Both albums are engineered by Stefano Amerio. Maciek records the album "Transitions" in April 2017 wit hthe Julian Costello Quartet at the Artesuono Studio in Italy. He makes appearances with the group Inwardness at Saint Jazz Cap Ferrat Jazz Festival, Saint Raphael Jazz Festival and Manchester Jazz Festival. Maciek relocates partly to the South of France, living in a village Le Rouret. Maciek performs at the GLB Sound Jazz Festival in Italy together with Daniele di Bonaventrua. In the Autumn he tours the UK with his own quartet as well as the Julian Costello Quartet. The duo album with Daniele di Bonaventura "Coming Home" is released on an Italian label Caligola Records. They launch the album during the London Jazz Festival. Maciek makes an appearance at the Rybnik Jazz Festival in his hometown in Rybnik, Poland with his newly formed international Quartet. He performs with Gianluca Corona at the Palm Jazz Days Festival in Raciborz, Poland. The group Inwardness is signed to German label Ozella Music.
2018 - Maciek continues to perform extensively with the Julian Costello Quartet and the band Inwardness. He tours the UK with Gianluca Corona on an album release tour for "London Stories" and receives his fourth Arts Council England grant. The album "Space Jazz" is released on Ozella Music label in May 2018. Maciek relocates back to London, England. He spends ten days in Agadir, Morocco as part of an artist residency at the Institut Francis with the French band Inwardness. He tours the UK in the Autumn with the Julian Costello Quartet. Maciek performs with his New Quartet at the London Jazz Festival in November 2018. He performs with Daniele di Bonaventura in Venice, Italy.
2019 - The year starts with a duo concert alongside Daniele di Bonaventura at the Theatre in Rybnik, Poland. Maciek tours in the UK and Europe in March with the Julian Costello Quartet. In June he tours the UK for the first time as duo with his long time collaborator Yuri Goloubev. He performs at the Chateau de Mouans-Sartoux during a jazz festival with the band Inwardness. He performs at the legendary Brecon Jazz Festival in Wales with Gerard Cousins and Paula Gardiner. Maciek announces the release of his first solo guitar album "A View". The album was released on Caligola Records in October 2019.
